100 women's voices, 100 women's lips

 A sumptuous illustrated coffee table book From Our Lips celebrates 100 women’s voices.

The 100-page book features 100 beautiful watercolour illustrations of women’s lips alongside 100 pieces of wisdom from the women themselves. Contributors come from a diverse range of backgrounds and include:

•   The Guilty Feminist podcaster and author Deborah Frances White
•   This Book is Gay author Juno Dawson
•   Lord Of the Rings “Gollum Song” singer-songwriter Emiliana Torrini

 

Each short piece of women’s wisdom is paired with an illustration of her lips. Topics range from uplifting mantras and vulnerable shares to commitments to women’s rights. 

 The book’s creator Ali says

 “In a world where women still fear speaking up, the book is a beautiful reminder that we do have a voice, especially when we stand together.”
